The Ombuds Office is having a contest this week. The prize is free iTunes!

So here’s how you can have a chance at winning a $10 iTunes certificate: go to the Facebook page or website, and find out something you didn’t know about how to talk with someone who can be hard to talk to.

Drop me an email (valeriew@ or ombuds@) and write a sentence or two about what you learned. I’ll then enter your name in the hat for one of the 6 iTunes certificates I’ll draw the first week in December. Be sure to include your contact info so I can let you know if you’re a winner.
